
my tried and true! perfect for just about anything. making pancakes, searing proteins, a rhubarb crisp… you name it! maintenance is truly so much easier than it sounds. yes, it’s okay to get soap on it. scrub with a chain mail scrubber or a stiff bristled brush. never steel wool!! dry fully, then lather on a nice coat of neutral oil or seasoning wax and you’re good to go.
